There is an issue with one of the commands.

dnf install -y https://repo.saltstack.com/py3/redhat/salt-py3-repo-latest.el8.no

is listed instead of:

dnf install -y https://repo.saltstack.com/py3/redhat/salt-py3-repo-latest.el8.noarch.rpm
